Various payment methods

In our shop we offer different options for payment. Just pick the one that works best for you. Shipping costs of our products can be dependent on the chosen payment method. The prices listed in our shops include all product-related price aspects as well as taxes. In case of cross-country delivery, additional taxes and/or fees (e.g. tolls) might have to be paid to the respective authority (but not to the vendor). Listed prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping will be added to the total cost separately during checkout.

a) Advance payment

If you decide to pay via advanced payment just transfer the total amount to our bank account

You will also find our account information in your order confirmation email. We ship the products as soon as we have received your payment.

b) Cash on delivery

You pay for your order upon delivery. For this method there is an extra administrational fee of €6,50.

c) Credit card

By paying with credit card you also transmit your credit card data. Once you have been validated as the credit card owner, your credit card company will be notified to start the payment process. The transaction is processed and your card is charged automatically by the credit card company.

d) PayPal, PayPal Express

During checkout you will be forwarded to the PayPal homepage. In order to pay via PayPal, you will need to have registered a PayPal account and use your account information to confirm payment. Once you have placed your order, PayPal will be notified to process the payment. You will get additional instructions during the ordering process. The payment transaction is automatically handled by PayPal.

e) SOFORT by Klarna

Once you have placed your order you will be forwared to the online vendor SOFORT GmbH. In order to pay via SOFORT transfer, you will need an online banking account that offers a PIN/TAN process to verify your account for SOFORT transfer. You will get additional instructions during the ordering process. Once you have confirmed payment, the transaction will be handled by SOFORT GmbH and your account will be charged.

f) Google Pay

In order to pay via Google Pay, you need to have a Google account, have the Google Pay function activated, and use your account data to confirm payment. The payment transaction is processed immediately afterwards. You will get additional instructions during the ordering process.

g) Apple Pay

In order to pay via Apple Pay, you need to use the Safari browser, have a registered Apple account, have the Apple Pay function activated, and use your account data to confirm payment. The payment transaction is processed immediately afterwards. You will get additional instructions during the ordering process.

h) Purchase on account via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer purchase on account as well as hire-purchase. Take note that payment via Klarna is only available to consumers and that payment is directly transfered to Klarna.

Klarna hire-purchase

With the hire-purchase service of Klarna you can pay off your purchase in flexible monthly rates of at least 1/24 of the total sum (but at least €6,95 per month). Klarna on account

If you purchase on account with Klarna, you first get your goods and have a respite of 14 days. You can find the full terms and conditions here.

i) Invoice

We offer payment via invoice to returning customers starting from the third purchase onward. In special cases with business customers we may deviate from that policy.
